Fonte da Telha is one of the three kitesurf spots along the Costa da Caparica south of Lisbon. It is located on a long sandy beach and wind is usually consistent and lifts very well. It is a 45 minutes drive across the Ponte 25 de Abril. The sand beach is easy to access and there are no rock hazards. The spot works with North west. Avoid it with North, North-east and South-west, usually the wind does not get in.
Fonte da Telha is a very good wave spot for beginners and advanced riders as well. It will be much easier than Praia do Guincho for sure.
The beach is located further south of Praia Nova Vaga and Praia Bela Vista.
